After beginning his career as a defense attorney at a large law firm representing Fortune 500 companies, Kyle quickly realized his passion was to represent individuals, providing guidance and assistance to those recovering from traumatic injuries. Since 2017 he has primarily handled cases for clients who have been the victims of traffic collisions and dangerous or defective products. Kyle operates under the principle that the size of a case should not determine the quality of representation and zealously advocates for his client’s interest in every case.

While not every injury will require hiring an attorney, it is always helpful to speak to one and Kyle regularly gives pro bono advice to those who are handling their own insurance claims. He extends this mission to provide sound legal advice to the cycling community of the Bay Area and beyond. He has spoken to cycling clubs and teams throughout California, teaching best practices to follow after a traffic collision. As a former board member of Bike East Bay he has long been an advocate for bikes and has handled pro bono cases to help enhance access and safety for cyclists.

A graduate of Santa Clara University Law School, Kyle served as the Student Bar Association Vice President and the Business Editor of the Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal. While a student at Santa Clara Law he represented plaintiffs in wage and hour cases at The Alexander Community Law Center in San Jose, California. Kyle previously earned a degree in political science with a minor in creative writing from the University of California San Diego.

After living in Lagos, Nigeria as a child, Kyle attended high school in Danville, California and has been a lifelong East Bay resident. He currently lives in Berkeley and when not working for his clients he can be found riding his bike in the Oakland Hills.

Admissions: Kyle is admitted to practice in California.
