Andrea G. Posey strongly believes in justice, and her number one goal is to help others. She has spent the last ten years of her career representing individuals in personal injury cases involving auto accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, and slip and fall cases. Additionally, Andrea has handled multiple complex fraud cases, with one resulting in a $7.2 million trial verdict and a published decision (Butler v. LeBouef (2016) 248 Cal.App.4th 198.)

Andrea is devoted to helping clients receive maximum compensation for the physical and emotional injuries they suffered as a result of the negligence of others. Andrea understands that everyone has a story, and her priority is listening to her clients to ensure she may better understand and serve their needs. While aggressively litigating her cases, Andrea makes sure to provide constant feedback, recommendations, and updates to her clients. She works tirelessly on each case to ensure that her clients not only receive the proper attention they deserve, but also the best medical treatment and maximum compensation for the injuries they suffered.
