Full-time, non-exempt
Salary: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (depending on experience and geographic location) + annual performance-based bonus

The Administrative Paralegal is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to a Partner-level attorney ensuring the smooth operation of the department and the timely handling of legal matters. This essential, highly responsible, and accountable position can work independently, anticipate needs, be proactive, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism. The Administrative Paralegal delivers excellent work and superior service to the Firm and the Firm’s clients. The Administrative Paralegal possess strong organizational and time management skills, communicates effectively, and is flexible as demands and priorities change.

The Administrative Paralegal should be prepared to work autonomously and respond as required working across offices and teams to ensure a high level of Partner and client service is always maintained.
