Luci earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Global Environmental Justice and a minor in Sustainability from the University of California, Santa Cruz. During her time at UC Santa Cruz, she gained hands-on experience in policy research, data analysis, and community advocacy through internships with Save Our Shores and the office of Congressman Ami Bera in Washington, D.C.
