Carole Okolowicz has worked in the legal industry for nearly 20 years, mostly in plaintiff-side personal injury firms. For over a decade, Carole worked as a paralegal in firms representing catastrophically injured plaintiffs. Carole earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2017 and has been practicing law for over 5 years. Carole has represented injured plaintiffs in cases involving bicycle and car accidents, defective products, dangerous sidewalks and other premises, elder abuse, dog bites, falling trees, and many other situations. Carole has also represented wrongfully terminated employees in cases against their employers.

While in law school, Carole worked as a judicial intern on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the highest court in that state. She also interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency tasked with administering federal anti-discrimination laws relating to employment.

Carole grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She moved to San Francisco over 20 years ago and is still in awe of its beauty.
