Matt Ziser is a senior operations and strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting the growth and scale of professional services and other organizations. He brings deep expertise in business operations, finance, organizational design, and systems implementation, with a focus on building efficient and thriving people-centered firms.

Matt began his career in management consulting, advising organizations on strategy, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance. He has since held executive leadership roles overseeing business operations, analytics, technology, and cross-functional initiatives within professional services and technology-enabled firms.

Known for his pragmatic and analytical approach, Matt has led firm-wide initiatives across organizational planning, recruiting and HR infrastructure, training and development, process improvement, information security, and enterprise systems implementation. He partners closely with firm leadership to align strategy with execution, establish clear accountability, and guide organizations through growth, operational complexity, and organizational transition.

Matt earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD-MBA from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, he lives in the East Bay with his wife and two children, where he enjoys family time, cooking, and getting out to live music performances and Cal athletic events.
